Content Creator

A Content Creator will help develop and expand our client’s presence across new and existing platforms. We have an 8 person creative team to help support and supplement the role and we also give candidates a ton of autonomy to be their most creative self. The right candidate must be excited about working with emerging brands to tell their story and share their journey. They must also have a desire to tackle new content trends, rather than just playing it safe and going along with old ones. This candidate must be able to create motion graphics and graphic design (stop motion and live-action, being a big +) at a high level and have excellent people skills to be able to interface with clients.

What your day-to-day will look like:

  • Develop, build and execute client’s strategy to deliver unique and engaging content across social media platforms
  • End-to-end production of social media content, including creative (graphics, video, and curation) with access to an in-house studio, equipment and cross-functional support from a team of designers for projects
  • Support community management with proactive ideation and implementation of high-quality assets
  • Constantly coming up with new, out-of-the-box ideas to make our clients known as a producer of engaging, relatable content

  • 1-2 years in a fast-paced environment being an owner of creating successful, innovative social content
  • A knack for creating and identifying compelling content and clever concepts
  • You're witty, get online culture and how brands use social networks, makes you excited
  • You're a self-starter who is interested in identifying and creating your own projects while working well with a team
  • You like to actively learn and are interested in managing and mentoring others
  • Proficient in Adobe Suite i.e. Photoshop, After Effects, Lightroom, Premiere Pro
  • Experienced with and interested in both graphic design and videography
  • Experience creating daily video content for social platforms
  • Strong understanding of how to make impactful micro-content for specific audiences and platforms
  • Understands the ins and outs of making video content for social platforms (sequence settings, key-framing, captioning graphics)
  • You have a very strong work ethic, positive attitude, and can adapt to change quickly
  • Knowledge of cameras and camera equipment
  • Strong communication skills comfortable asking for feedback and or trying to move projects in different creative directions
